who we are

Concierge Support for Graduate Life

CASA gives graduate students a real human support system for the life around school. Our team helps students understand what to prioritize, how to move through key decisions, and where trusted support fits into the process.

We have been through versions of this journey ourselves, as graduate students, international students, students abroad, and people building life in a new place. CASA was built so students do not have to navigate the transition alone.

This is not a listing site, an app students are left to figure out by themselves, or a directory of links. CASA helps turn the graduate transition into a clear support plan, with real people guiding students through the moments that feel unclear, urgent, or overwhelming.

For Institutions

Built for Students.

Designed for Institutional Partnership.

CASA gives graduate students human support for life off campus while complementing the work of admissions, international services, student affairs, and graduate program teams.

Institutions can introduce CASA as an optional post admission resource for admitted graduate students through a structured, student opt in model aligned with institutional communications, student consent, and clear support boundaries.

Wherever you are in your Graduate journey, CASA helps you move with a plan.

From acceptance to life off campus and beyond, CASA supports the decisions, logistics, and community building that shape your graduate experience. Housing is often where students start. CASA helps connect everything around it so students can build a real home base.

what We offer

The moments CASA was built for.

Real reflections from students CASA has supported through the graduate transition, capturing the questions, stress, and relief of moving from “I have no idea where to start” to “I have a plan. ”Students who have worked with CASA are already telling us what matters most: clarity, trust, and having someone to ask. CASA turns uncertainty into a support plan, with real people helping students move through the graduate transition step by step.

Everything is connected. You need funding in place, visa timing in place, and then an address for paperwork. It is stressful when all of that is happening at once.”

The biggest relief was not having to search for ten different companies, vet them myself, and figure out who I could actually trust.”

What made me feel calmer was having someone break it down for me.”

I did not want community to be left to luck.”

CASA helped me understand different neighborhoods, parking options, public transportation, and apartment options while reducing the risk of scams. They were present through the paperwork and offered so much more than the one service I used.”

Sergio

CASA is an informative community that helps answer your questions and supports the intimidating but essential parts of starting a new journey.”

Alex, Babson College MBA

I was in urgent need of housing after a place I found on my own was not as advertised. Within a few days, CASA helped me find a place, a roommate, and my first friend in Boston.”

Sakshat

CASA was one of the best things that has happened to me.”
